Overview

OvrDo is an invoice recovery tool for freelancers. We believe your financial data is yours. Here's exactly what we do and don't collect.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves your device:

• Invoice information (client names, amounts, due dates, invoice numbers)
• Follow-up message history
• Your sender name (set during onboarding)
• App preferences and settings

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or personal information
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not sell data to third parties — ever
• We do not have servers that store your invoice data
• We do not track your location

AI Message Generation

When you generate a follow-up message, OvrDo sends the following to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your message:

• Client name
• Invoice amount
• Days overdue
• Your chosen tone
• Your sender name

This is a transient API call. Anthropic does not store this data for training purposes under their API terms. No invoice data is stored on OvrDo's servers.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, OvrDo uses Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) to send you reminders about overdue invoices. These notifications are generated locally on your device — we do not maintain a notification server.

Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS device encryption. Deleting the app removes all associated data permanently.

Children's Privacy

OvrDo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
